Both of us are native Southern Californians and grew up in the Los Angeles area. We have been Simi Valley residents for over 30 years and know Ventura County and the surrounding areas extremely well.
JoAnn has been very active in our local association since 2006. She has been elected to the Board of Directors for 2011 & 2012 and is currently the Chairperson for our Grievance committee. She has been a member of Women's Council of Realtor's since 2002 and is currently 2011 California State Governor.
We are continually taking educational classes to keep us on top of the market. This helps with the negotiating process of the sale or purchase of your home.
There are well over 100 agents in our market center, we are active in a nationwide Real Estate networking group and are also active in several local organizations. This gives us access to dozens of potential buyers and sellers.
